Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and purchases from PLNTH, a brand of JTLP (Pty) Ltd, South Africa.

Orders. An order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms only when we confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order, refunding amounts paid.

Pricing. Prices are in South African Rand. PLNTH is not currently VAT registered. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders even after submission, with full refund.

Products. Stone is natural; colour, veining, and texture vary and may differ from images. Dimensions and weights are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Edition pieces are one-of-one.

Payment. Full payment is required before dispatch. Title passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.

Delivery and returns. Governed by our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, incorporated by reference.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price of the affected piece. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

Intellectual property. All site content, images, and the PLNTH name are our property and may not be used without written consent.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
