Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and purchases from PLNTH, a brand of JTLP (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”), South Africa.
Orders. An order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, in which case amounts paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
Pricing. Prices are in South African Rand. JTLP (Pty) Ltd is not currently VAT registered. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors; where an accepted order cannot reasonably proceed because of a material error, we will contact the customer and provide the appropriate options, including refund where applicable.
Products & production. Series 01 and Edition pieces are primarily made to order. Natural stone varies in colour, veining, mineral movement, tone and texture. Product photography, material images and renders are representative. Dimensions and weights are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing and material variation. Editions are limited releases; some are one-of-one and others are produced as stated limited runs.
Lead times. Standard Series 01 and Edition production is approximately 14–21 business days from order confirmation before dispatch. Bespoke work generally requires 6–12 weeks. Lead times are estimates and may change with material, finishing, production or freight requirements.
Payment. Full payment is required before dispatch unless different written terms have been agreed for a project or approved trade account. Ownership passes on full payment. Risk passes on delivery, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Delivery. Pieces are protected and professionally crated, then dispatched using specialist courier or freight services. Placement and installation assistance are not automatically included and can be arranged on request. International orders are available by quotation.
Delivery & returns. Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Trade & project pricing. Public retail prices are final unless otherwise stated. Trade pricing, quantity pricing and larger project orders may be negotiated separately and apply only where confirmed by PLNTH in writing or through an approved account.
Intellectual property. All site content, images, product designs, renders and the PLNTH name and marks are protected and may not be used without written consent, subject to applicable law.
Liability. Any limitation or exclusion of liability applies only to the extent permitted by South African law and does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
