Product representation. Product content may include photography, close-up material imagery, renders and other representative images. Natural stone varies in colour, veining, mineral movement, tone and texture, so the completed piece will have its own material character. Dimensions and weights are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing and material variation. Editions are limited releases; some are one-of-one and others are produced as stated limited runs.
Production & delivery. Series 01 and Edition pieces are primarily made to order in South Africa. Completed pieces are protected and professionally crated for specialist courier or freight delivery. International orders are available by quotation.
Intellectual property. Site content, images, product designs, renders, text and the PLNTH name and marks are protected and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent, subject to applicable law.
Consumer rights. Nothing in this notice or the store policies limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights arising under applicable South African consumer and electronic-commerce law.
